Named in tribute to its famous neighbour, Flinders Street Station, Platform 270 is an industrial-chic and contemporary restaurant, influenced by Melbourne's iconic laneways and side streets. Like these eclectic city laneways, our Head Chef Migo Razon has created a diverse menu that incorporates influences from his culinary roots with a strong focus on delicate Asian flavours, married harmoniously with local Australian produce.
We care about sustainability and our menu is 95% Aussie ingredients, our seafood is sustainably sourced and all our organic food waste is diverted from landfill via the Degraves Street Recycling Facility.
The restaurant has an intimate and design-savvy ambience, with leather-bound booths that are perfect for groups of friends, and with views into the open kitchen and zoned dining areas, the restaurant also makes for a chic and unique private event space.
