Lunar Reflections is a completely free women's group based in Telford, Shropshire. We aim to meet twice a month, roughly aligned with the moons cycles to celebrate in two phases. Our New Moon sessions are about intention settings, making goals and planting the seeds for what we want to achieve. The Full Moon sessions we give ourselves permission to pause and reflect, these are all about celebration!
