ITP Australia and New Zealand
Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a rare autoimmune disease where the body's immune system attacks platelets. Platelets assist the blood to clot, and patients with ITP have a low platelet count. ITP Australia and New Zealand's mission is to provide up-to-date information, support and advocacy for carers and ITP patients.
ITP Australia and New Zealand hosts a range of meetings and events including patient meetings, both in-person and virtually, holds an annual conference and attends and presents to key stakeholders when required.
