Hiked Midweek and Wellness

We are the most prolific and regular hiking company in Victoria. We run more than 250 hikes per year ranging from beginner hikes to advanced and technical day hikes. We schedule 5 hikes per week and unless conditions are extreme we go out and brave the elements.
 
Our Wellness Hikes use exercise, mindfulness and laughter to help people cope with trauma, addiction and general mental health challenges. Our mental wellbeing hikes are able to have a portion claimed under a mental health plan through medicare. We are aligned with Emerald Psychologists.
 
 
Alternatively if you just want to try us out you can pay the casual member price and see what it is that we do. We do offer Free Beginner Hikes from time to time and if you would like to come and try a hike with us before committing to a membership all you need to do is sign up to our mailing list and ask for a trial.
