headspace Cessnock

headspace Cessnock is a fee free service (you will need a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan from your GP to see a clinician) for young people aged 12-25 to access mental health services, alcohol and other drug support, physical and sexual health information/help and work/study support. headspace Cessnock also offers educational awareness around mental health and the services we offer, groups for young people and volunteering.

Our events are generally aimed at youth creating a safe place to have fun, learn about mental health and well-being, feel safe and connected. We support friends and family and are very interested in creating a caring and supportive community both in our centre and outside.
