SOFIA RODRIGUES WELLNESS
As a Certified Pilates and Health & Nutrition Coach, I create spicy classes that bring not only a great workout, but also an atmosphere of beauty, joy, and positive vibes. My goal is to help you deepen your body-mind connection through the flowing movements and focused breathing of Pilates.
In my classes, you'll experience a low-impact, bodyweight-based workout that strengthens your core, increases overall muscle tone, improves your posture, and enhances your flexibility and mobility. We'll move through a series of exercises on the mat, each targeting different muscle groups and promoting overall well-being.
But beyond the physical benefits, you'll find a space to connect with your body on a deeper level. Through mindful movements and conscious breathwork, you'll cultivate greater body awareness and inner peace. You'll leave class feeling not only stronger and more flexible, but also more centered and at ease.
My classes are a celebration of the beauty and potential of the human body. I provide modifications and adjustments to meet you where you are, ensuring a safe and empowering experience.
