The Wild Pause (by Linda Prigarska)
Linda Prigarska is a certified Forest Bathing guide and nature-based mindfulness practitioner, trained in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku at its origin in Japan.
She is the founder of The Wild Pause — a space for slow, guided experiences in nature designed to help people reconnect, reset, and gently return to themselves.
Linda is certified by The Forest Bathing Institute (UK) and the International Society of Nature and Forest Medicine (Japan), and is recognised by Dr Qing Li, the world's foremost expert in forest medicine.
Her connecton to nature began in early childhood, growing up in the Latvian countryside, and deepened later in life while navigating the demands of fast-paced city living in London.
In 2020, during a personally challenging time, she discovered forest bathing and experienced its impact firsthand — what began as a restorative practice soon became a calling to guide others.
Today, through The Wild Pause, she facilitates small, immersive woodland experiences in Richmond Park, creating calm, supportive spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their senses, and feel more like themselves again.
