Heartwood Nature Bathing offers a mindful way to support your health and wellbeing, connect with nature, and wash away the stresses of the modern world — no water necessary!
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, it involves slowing down, and immersing yourself in nature in a conscious and contemplative way.
Heartwood’s simple and powerful experiences are led by certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide Monique Ross, in Brisbane/Meanjin and in several National Park locations in the Gold Coast hinterland.
