A big hello to you as you start a new journey with Mystique Moksha! I am super excited to see you on the yoga mat practising and enjoying the benefits of yoga. I firmly believe that yoga is a constant journey of learning about yourself and growing to be a better person each day. Yoga is not a myth, it is an ancient, scientific and philosophical discipline which has found acceptance everywhere. Like all great disciplines, it needs a right set up to enable people to see Yoga in its true light and enjoy its long-term benefits at physical, mental and spiritual levels. Health and well-being seekers deserve to learn this great branch of knowledge in its purity and originality so that they can achieve their health goals.I started Mystique Moksha with this objective in 2013 in Bangalore, India and moved to Australia in January 2015, continuing the passion of spreading yoga in Sydney. I started with a few students in Gordon and in no time, it became a big Mystique Moksha community. With their love and blessings, I got a great opportunity to expand in North Turramurra.
