I am Adela - A Reiki Master Teacher and tea creator.

Each tea I create is a deep collaboration — between myself, Reiki, Mother Gaia (Nature), and the living spirit of each plant. My events are both outdoor and indoor and always involving tea, meditation and Reiki. I also run Reiki trainings in Sydney.
