TwoHearts Queensland is a community-focused organisation committed to strengthening outcomes for people experiencing crisis, disability, mental health challenges, and homelessness through collaboration and innovative service delivery.

Our work is built on the belief that no single organisation can solve complex community challenges alone. By bringing together government, community organisations, NDIS providers, housing services, allied health professionals, and local businesses, we create stronger referral pathways and more coordinated support for those who need it most.

This event marks the official launch of the TwoHearts Crisis Response Program—an initiative designed to connect people experiencing crisis with safe accommodation and the support services they need, while fostering long-term partnerships across Queensland.
