Dean Levick
Hi, I’m Dean Levick.
For over 35 years, I have worked inside ICT environments, including engineering, ERP, SaaS, and large-scale digital transformation. I have lived with the pressure of responsibility, delivery, and roles that keep expanding.
What I see repeatedly:
• early success patterns stop working at senior levels
• control and self-reliance create internal strain
• pressure spills into decisions, relationships, and life outside work
I work with experienced IT professionals, founders, and senior leaders who look solid on paper but feel internally stretched or misaligned.
I look at how responsibility, identity, and pressure shape decisions at work and presence at home.
This is neuroscience-based and practical, not therapy or motivation.
It treats professional life and personal life as one system.
What makes this different
• decades inside ICT environments
• attention on sustained pressure and not surface performance
• work beneath communication habits, not scripts
• recognition that pressure does not stop at the office door
