Jodie Cox Consulting is a specialist consulting organisation delivering financial compliance education and support to organisations providing disability support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

This business has developed through a long term commitment by Director Jodie Cox - through her role as an NDIS Plan Manager - towards helping strengthen provider knowledge and expertise within the sector.

Jodie is a dedicated disability sector professional with a background in community engagement and small business management. She commenced within the NDIS sector in 2018 when the scheme rolled out in Northern Queensland. Employed as a local Plan Manager with family-owned Peak Plan Management, she quickly creating a highly personalised service delivery model, where information sharing and provider support was given high priority, with the focus being that informed providers can better support NDIS participants to get the most out of their funded supports.

She is now the owner of the company 'The 3P People' (Passion, Purpose and Professionalism) and operates Jodie Cox Consulting and Future Plan Management to continue assisting people with disabilities and help strengthen provider knowledge. Jodie advocates for providers to stay agile and informed, promoting collaboration and support to ensure a strong and sustainable NDIS. Her approach focuses on quality, innovation, and resilience in the face of ongoing change.

Some consider Jodie to be an NDIS subject matter expert, however she prefers to simply say that she is ferocious in her research and reading, to remain current and detailed in her interpretation of the NDIS Operating Guidelines and Pricing Arrangements. She believes that all providers must continuously update and revisit their understanding of NDIS compliance, and that the sector is moving at an extremely fast pace, with onus upon all providers to understand their obligations and adjust their business response accordingly.

Jodie Cox Consulting delivers a number of training courses to address the essentials of financial compliance as well as more advanced support for complex Home and Living and Allied Health service delivery and Assistive Technology provision.

Jodie is also available for business-specific consulting, in a group or individual setting, and her knowledge may also be useful in finding areas for improvement and greater efficiencies within the financial administration of a business.
