With a strong focus on seasonality, consciousness, and community, we host dining experiences that are bound by consciously sourced, high-quality food and conversations; using this as the foundation to explore new relationships with people and place.
Our founder Mollie Nelson-Williams, has been exploring the dining scene for close to 10 years. With a number of fine dining and farm-to-table credits to her name, Mollie is deeply passionate about food with a story. By extension, you can expect the Our Table experience to be dinner-done-differently; spotlighting locally and sustainably sourced produce, foraged ingredients, and ethical farming across all dining experiences.
