Victoria is a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, well-being coach, and founder of Guided Growth Coaching. With over a decade of experience in teaching, coaching, and supporting others through transformative experiences, Victoria is passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to emotional healing, stress relief, and nervous system balance.

Having overcome stage 4 cancer herself, Victoria understands the importance of inner resilience and emotional well-being. Through her work, she helps others reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and achieve a deeper sense of calm and clarity.

Victoria’s approach integrates her signature Mind – Body – Anchor method, combining mindset coaching, breathwork, and a strong foundation of emotional support.
