The story so far...

It’s the end of 1939. War has just been declared but at Coombe House, the festive season has definitely arrived!

Jemima Beauchamp has recently been acquitted of her husband's murder and is throwing a party on Christmas Eve at her home to show everyone she has no hard feelings.

The village of Barkin-on-the-Moor holds its breath to see what will happen when its most infamous resident returns.

But there are people in the quiet village who know much more than they are letting on and they know that Jemima will want to get even.

If you keep secrets this Christmas... Yule be sorry!!!

As fellow villagers of Barkin-on-the-Moor, you are invited to the Christmas Party.

You are encouraged to ‘dress to impress’ in the style of the period

Enjoy a festive three-course dinner as you question the suspects, decipher the clues and work together to crack the case. And remember where there’s a will, there’s a murder!

Our doors open at 6:00pm, the murder mystery begins at 6:30pm

If you’re planning to make a group reservation, our tables can accommodate up to 10 people. Please ensure that you book all your tickets together, as we cannot guarantee seating together if booked separately.

We’ve taken the hassle out of leaving your seat during the show, enjoy a three-course set menu crafted by our Executive Chef Grant Brown, with our exclusive Esplanade Select beverage package, you’ll be treated to an assortment of wines, beers, ciders and non-alcoholic beverages for 3 hours. No need to interrupt the festivities – your glass will never be empty.

A no alcohol option is available for you to select from; you’ll enjoy an array of soft drink options with juice included. Enjoy a three-course set menu crafted by our Executive Chef Grant Brown. We’ve taken the hassle out of leaving your seat during the show. Keep your palate refreshed and your taste buds dancing throughout the evening with the No-Alcohol beverage package which includes soft drinks & juice.
