Hosted by Seafire on the Marina, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the legacy of Australia's most historic wine family, Yalumba.

Yalumba's newly appointed Head Winemaker Sam Wigan, a Barossa Alumni and passionate Yalumba contributor since 2001, will be your guide for this sophisticated dinning experience held in the Seafire Mezzanine space.

A four course menu awaits, paired with all seven pillars of the Yalumba Rare & Fine collection, a true showcase of the generational pioneering and passion.

A highlight of the evening will be tastes of the new vintage releases for The Signature 2021 and The Caley 2019.
