Join us on Tuesday, June 11 2024 at 18:30 at Sails Port Macquarie by Rydges for an evening of empowerment and wellness focusing on you!
This event is all about celebrating and supporting women's health in a fun and informative way. Come along to meet with health and beauty experts and connect in a relaxed environment with like-minded, like-hearted individuals.
You'll be invited to drop by the different booths to learn more, ask questions, try free samples - especially the new activated skincare booth where you can do the 15-minute challenge with our Beauty Therapist ~ and keynote speaker Vicky Jamieson and be entered to win a door prize valued over $300!
Two other guest speakers with decades of experience in the health industry that you'll have the opportunity to hear from and meet up with are Candace Foy (Port Macquarie) and Aimee Kenney (Lismore)!
These 3 ladies are all busy mums, who have juggled the work/life/family balance for years and will share a bit about their health journeys with you, as they've encountered the world of menopause, burn-out, and massive life changes along the way!

Yes - please drive into the Sails hotel parking lot and find a spot to park! 3 hours of free parking for guests at the Resort. Note - There is a boom gate entering the parking lot as it is $10 AFTER 3 hours and it will simply need to be validated with hotel reception if you exceed the 3 hours.
This is an evening to focus on you and your health & wellbeing,and we'd love you to have a night off being pampered! We totally understand busy mums and families schedules though, so if you need to bring along children, please be mindful to watch them closely and keep them with you during the event.
Yes! There is an elevator located in the center of the lobby for everyone to access the 3rd floor where the Expo is being held.
Yes! We'll have nibbles and light refreshments available for you to enjoy!
Just follow the signs to the elevator as the event is being hosted in Cape 5 overlooking the water up on level 3 of the hotel.
