World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Presentation

Join COTA NT and Relationships Australia NT in launching the 2024 observance of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. Relationships Australia NT will be providing information about elder abuse and what to do if you, your family or friends are feeling vulnerable to abuse or may experience it already. They will also be talking about their role in providing much needed services and support for families experiencing elder abuse and finding out how many attendees were aware of their work.

  • The event is free and open to all members of the community and includes morning tea.
  • Attendees are encouraged to wear purple-coloured clothing or a purple ribbon as part of observance.
