Course Overview

Before we start, let’s turn to each other and set our dialogue within the context of each person’s intention for the sessions. Through dialogue, people will be invited to reflect on and express what they hope to take away from their learning.

Topics covered in this course

Organising and categorizing resources

Today we will walk the next mile on the path to perfection! We will discuss the 5S Method!

Efficient allocation of resources

This session will give techniques that can help participants navigate developing other systems. Participants will leave with more than mere heuristics for conceiving projects, they will have strategies for dealing with common pitfalls along the way.

Refining and fine tuning systems

Participants will begin organising their firms through different lenses. Employee schedules or the organisation of several approaches can be empowering as firms change their form.

Standardizing and harmonising systems

During this session clients will learn a variety of approaches to help to make things consistent – for them and for the goods and services they provide.

The possible measures include carrots and sticks, feedback and quality control assessments.

Improve and Maintain Their System

Ultimately, visitors will learn – not about resilience, but about building systems that are not resilient, but that remain sufficiently flexible to react effectively and rapidly in an ever-changing business environment.

Wrapping Up the Workshop

After which, students have an opportunity to communicate questions and build a scheme which provides a framework of basic measures to succeed.
