About this event

Kick off your Sunday morning with a fun dive into self-care and shattering the taboos around sexual health, preventative women's health and pelvic health.

As we grow older, the comprehensive discussions we had in school tend to fade away.

Why sexual health? There's so much more to sexual health and well-being than what we learned in the past.

This gathering is designed for you to unwind, focus on your personal growth, and embrace vulnerability. We've intentionally reduced the event size to foster a sense of community and shared openness. Rest assured, the questions on your mind are likely on someone else's too!

What's included:

  • Relaxing Pilates class (mats will be provided) followed by pelvic health education from Physiotherapist and Sexologist Marnie Poiner
  • The famous Health Hatch Build Your Own Muesli Bowl and Goodie Bag
  • Time for networking and trying our delicious sponsor treats!
  • Sexual Wellbeing presentation from Clinical Psychologist & Sexologist Dr Hilary Lindberg
  • Preventative Sexual Health and Women's Health Education from Women's Health GP Dr Marija Lugonja
  • Q&A panel answering anonymous questions you submit!

We look forward to spreading preventative health awareness with you, one event at a time!
