Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

There is no need to bring your printed ticket to the event, we will mark your name off at the door.

What is the refund policy?

Up to 7 days before the event starts is required for a refund. Requests must be made in writing and sent through to business@banyule.vic.gov.au. Please note that your ticket is transferrable at any time.

Is seating allocated and how do I ensure I am seated with another attendee?

Seating is allocated by our team upon booking. Rest assured, we will do our best to seat you with the group you booked with.

Transport Options

The Centre Ivanhoe is located 400 metres from the Ivanhoe train station. Free on-site parking is also available.
