This workshop explores the current situation in Australia where females over 65 have DOUBLE the chances of developing dementia/alzheimer's than their male counterparts.

Join us as we explore the most recent medical research particulary relevant to female mental health and prevention of dementia/alzheimers.

You will learn:

  • How dementia/alzheimers affects men and women differently
  • Depression and its links to dementia
  • Female related nerotoxins
  • Diabeties and brain health
  • The healing powers of exercise
  • Feeding our brains - gut brain connection
  • Staying connected - how social life impacts on our brain health
  • Mind strengthening workout exercises

This two hour workship incorporates an interactive hands-on style course designed to facilitate connections between participants.

Longevity brain helah tips are woven between the verbal and phsyical activities or an active learning experience.

Notes and reading lists will be provided to participants on the day.
