Welcome to Westbury Field Day!

Municipal Works Australia in partnership with Meander Valley Council invite our local government operations teams from around Tasmania to join us for our Westbury Field Day.

Date: Tue April 30 2024

Time: 9:00 AM

Location: Westbury Recreation Ground, 21 Franklin Street, Westbury

You will see a range of works at the site to address problems commonly faced by council maintenance teams. The day will include demonstrations and technical presentations about the latest innovations in infrastructure maintenance. You can:


  • Test drive the latest plant and equipment offerings.
  • View the latest approach to asphalt pavement rehabilitation.
  • See the latest technologies in weed management and horticultural maintenance.
  • View the latest methods for drainage pit and stormwater pipe maintenance.
