We’re going to ask, in the first session of the course, what is the group’s plan? Each person can say why they came to the workshop and what their goals for the course are, so by the end of whatever amount of time you want them to conclude, they’ll go home with expectations fulfilled if possible.

Participants will explore mirroring as a sales tactic to build relationships and rapport, and raise their communication with buyers to another level.

Sometimes, it’s the difference between a pair of words that makes all the difference! Choose words that express ideas and concepts, and that enable respectful conversations, in this module.

Finding Common Ground for Engaging Conversations

In this session, they will try to experience themselves and other people profoundly enough to know how to reach out and forge connections that build empathy and compassion.

Body Language; Enhancing Communication Skills

In this exercise, trainees will learn how to communicate confidently and precisely by discovering how to read body language. Build your own rich lexical selections as you create a dictionary.

Leaders, look no further! Your time is now! In today’s session let’s talk about how to use your powers for good to become exactly the sort of leader others are eager to follow. Learn a few tricks of the trade to ensure your message not only sticks but reaches as many mouths as possible.

The trainer talked with us about four styles of workplace interaction, and from there it was up to each of us to build our development and success plans to take us to the next level.
