This Tailored workshop will take you through the information that TSNSW provide to supervisors of Trainees and Apprentices.

We will go into depth with the following topics:

Roles, Responsibility and Obligations, Training Plans, Workplace Coaching and Communication, Diversity, Safety and understanding Generations.

It will be a great opportunity to gain an insight into the information that Supervisors require to give their learners to best chance to flourish in their chosed field.

We all play a part in helping learners have a positive learning experience.
