About this event

Are you a yoga teacher or someone practicing yoga (frequent or infrequent) who would love to go a little deeper and learn the skills of the Kundalini Yoga teacher?

So often, as teachers, givers, and guides, no matter the profession, we neglect the time for ourselves; the time needed to come back to our grounding as well as elevating practices, and simply the joy of our own yoga practice. Many have supported families, friends, as well as the community throughout challenging times, and really haven't been given pause. If this sounds like you, you are called to this circle.

Beginning Sunday June 23rd and continuing every Sunday for three weeks, The Teacher's Practice is a progressive offering which will build on the skills of each week. You will be guided by a certified and trauma informed Kundalini Yoga teacher, as well as have opportunity for community support throughout, learning life-long tools and skills for your ongoing practice.

When: Sunday's June 23rd (9:30-10:30am), 30th (9:30-11:00am) & July 7th (9:30-11:30am).
Where: Online via Zoom

Cost $108 AUD for all three workshops.
