If you are on an iPhone, tickets cannot be purchased through the Eventbrite App.

If the ‘Get Tickets’ button does not appear for you when visiting the website, please try a different browser or device, or try updating your current browser to the latest version.

Your payment is not going through?

Accepted Answer

Payment is offered through either Credit Card or Paypal.

Your bank may be blocking your transaction if paying through Credit Card, so if you think this could be the case, please try Paypal instead.

You are not sure how much the ticket is?

Accepted Answer

The ticket price for these events is a donation, so that anyone who wishes to attend can do so. You simply nominate the amount that is affordable to you when purchasing your ticket.

You are not sure if your purchase went through?

Accepted Answer

The quickest way to check this is in your online banking transactions.

We will also send a confirmation email instantly after purchase to the email address you entered when purchasing your ticket. Please check your spam folder, and also check that you have not previously blocked the email.

Where is the Zoom Link?

Accepted Answer

The events are held on the Eventbrite platform through the ‘Eventbrite Online Event Page’. You can access this page from your confirmation email, and you will receive several emails leading up to the event with the link to the page.

A Zoom Link will not be sent.

Question 6

You are not tech savvy?

Accepted Answer

These events are held on Zoom, within a platform called Eventbrite. Unlike the sessions held on Facebook, there is a level of computer literacy required to join.
