In this session, you’ll learn how to draw on techniques and strategies to take the first step to change. You’ll learn about some of the barriers to change and how you can draw on your own strengths and resources to make the changes you want – such as shaping a new path in life through study.

You’ll have the opportunity to explore our undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, as well as time to speak to our study advisers so you can discover how further study could make a real impact on your life.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Dr. Paul O’Halloran (La Trobe University)

Paul is the co-director of the Centre for Sport and Social Impact and course coordinator of the Master of Counselling Rehabilitation and Mental Health within the School of Psychology and Public Health. He has been a practicing psychologist for over 20 years (primarily performance coaching and wellbeing) and is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society.
