The sensual movement is a personal ceremony of self that I provide by holding space and guidance.
By using the senses to highten your experience, and tapping into the emotional and spiritual realm. Each event is run on or around a full moon, with certain practices and music depending on the astrological sign it resides in at that time.
During the hour and half we spend together will be a mix of movement with blindfolds, meditation, breathwork and guided dance. With eye gazing to connect deeply also with others in this setting.
So I invite you to join me, Fei Luna as we delve deep in to one’s self, meet others that are on the same journey and leave expectations and external world at the door.
This class is for beginners and people further along in their journey alike, somewhere to come and tune into themselves for the hour and a half and check into those points we sometimes so easily drift into auto pilot.

- something comfortable that allows you to get sweaty!
- if winter please bring a blanket for the meditation and breath work as it can be a bit chilly.
