Backbone is a rock band hailing from Naarm/Melbourne, Australia, blending hard rock, hardcore punk, thrash metal and psychedelia. The band formed in 2022 after numerous lineup changes with Nick on guitar, Ronan on bass, Watto on drums and Jack on vocals. The band has been playing many gigs around Melbourne and has been building a name for themselves in the city’s rock scene. On November 25th 2022, Backbone released their first single entitled ‘Keep it up’ followed by a successful headliner at the Leadbeater Hotel. In October 2023, the band released their debut EP ‘Backbone’ at another successful headliner at the Evelyn hotel.
Now we find ourselves at Bad Decisions, playing our comeback headliner ready to blow the roof off the joint with a little help from our good friends The Subordinates, The Rartel & Crucible!
