Adrian Hondros commenced his career in 1987 and has extensive experience in financial services in Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong and residential construction in Australia. Adrian was previously the CEO of Porter Davis Homes, Executive General Manager of Commonwealth Private Bank, CEO of St Andrew’s Australia and General Manager of NAB Private Bank. In 2022 Adrian knew it was the right time for him to become a business owner and he established Hondros Consulting which focuses on Leadership, Strategy & Governance. Since its establishment, Hondros Consulting has collaborated with Boston Global's Managing Director Genet Jeanjean (who lectures at Harvard Business School) and Havard Business Publishing's Harvard ManageMentor online learning platform to deliver capability uplift experiences to his clients. He's been married for over 30 years, has four adult children and currently resides in Sydney.


JP spent 18 years working in wealth and investment advisory, with his career journey including small boutique, big four Australian private bank and large US investment bank. In 2014 (two weeks before his wedding), JP made the call to leave large corporate with a vision of establishing a wealth advice business of his own. Affinitas Capital was born. In 2019 John launched his second business, John Purl Coaching. With a passion for health, wellbeing and optimising his own performance, he was asked to coach and mentor other business leaders to help them get clear on their true definition of success, improve their health and wellbeing, and construct a lifestyle that would support their professional and personal journey. In 2022 JP sold Affinitas Capital to focus all energy on John Purl Coaching. JP has since worked with incredible business owners around the country and businesses such as AMP, Royal Flying Doctors, Phil Hoffmann Travel, Bank SA, Pickstar and the Institute of Chartered Accountants. John is based in the Adelaide Hills, is a father of three beautiful children and a husband to a gorgeous and supportive wife.


Jason has dedicated over 12 years to the accounting profession, fuelled by a passion for guiding individuals and businesses towards realizing their dreams and securing their best possible future. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a vision to change the traditional focus of accounting from past transactions to future possibilities, Jason made a pivotal decision just five years into his career. He transitioned from employee to founder, establishing his own accounting firm with his best friend Greg whom he met when he was 14 years old. This bold move was driven by his belief in proactive, forward-thinking service that genuinely supports clients' aspirations. Under Jason's leadership, his firm has not only flourished but has also been recognized as Xero Accounting Partner of the Year twice, in 2018 and 2022, a testament to his innovative approach and commitment to excellence. Jason is a cohost of The Numbers Game Podcast and is well known for the ability to take complex accounting structures and legislation and explain in a way that everyone can understand and has helped countless individuals make the leap from employee to business owner. Jason is based in South Yarra with his wife Casey.
