Welcome to The Islands - Saturday Sunset Session!!

A 5-hour party commencing at 3 pm and runs until just after sunset.

Exclusive Rooftop, VIP Banquette (booth) & Table Packages are available to get that VIP treatment on the day!

All water taxi transfers are from Double Bay Wharf and run every 30 minutes from 2.45pm.

What is Beach Club?

The Island is the world’s first floating beach club, which can be positioned anywhere on Sydney Harbour and has been designed to replicate the beach clubs found in such luxurious European destinations such as the South of France. “Beach Club” is the membered based events which we host every Saturday

How do we get onto The Island? Can I use my own boat?

The Island has its very own private water taxi, which will transfer you to The Island from Double Bay Wharf. The water taxi transfer is included. We can accept drop offs from most boats however, we require that it is pre-arranged and you must have pre-booked a table.

Where do we get the water taxi from?

For our weekend events, all water taxi transfers are from Double Bay Wharf, 77 Bay Street Double Bay. Other locations might be assigned to your event so please check water taxi locations details for the date of your booking. Man o War Steps is sometimes used for our weekend event pickups.

If I decide to cancel or not come to an event, can I get a refund or credit?

No, all packages are non-refundable and no credits can be issued. Due to the high weekly demand and limited capacity of tickets at our events many people miss out and we cannot accommodate refunds or transfers due to change of mind.

Can we swim off The Island?

Yes! We have our own swimming pool in the harbour, for which to swim in you will need to bring your own swimmers and towels. If you don’t have swimmers you will not be allowed to swim.

Am I able to leave the Island before the event finishes?

Our water taxi runs a shuttle every 30 minutes to Double Bay Wharf, so you can leave whenever you want to.

Can I organise my Bucks party with you?

Unfortunately, we have a very strict NO BUCKS party policy on The Island as we require an equal ratio of girls to guys.

We are a group of 12 guys, can we book a table?

No! Unfortunately, we require an equal ratio of girls to guys.

How about decorations and dressing up?

Unfortunately we DO NOT allow decorations, dress ups or any paraphernalia. As we are a floating vessel we need to eliminate anything going into our beautiful harbour.

Do you allow visible tattoos?

The policy states that visible tattoos on the face, neck, or head are not allowed. Additionally, any tattoos that are offensive or associated with gangs are strictly prohibited.

What happens when it rains? Is The Island undercover?

In case of wet weather, The Island is never closed or cancelled – we have a fully extendable roof that covers the entire venue, and also side covers to protect from the wind. Only in the rare event of dangerous conditions will we cancel / postpone an event.

It's my friends birthday, can I bring a cake?

Unfortunately we dont allow cakes to be brought on board, as we don't have a full kitchen to take care of this. The bar team should be able to assist in a sparkler in a cocktail or something along the lines if you like.
