The Behaviour Support Ecosystem: How Collaboration Drives Outcomes [Part 1]
Overview
Under the NDIS, Behaviour Support involves multiple stakeholders, including participants, families, support workers, Support Coordinators, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and NDIS providers. When roles and responsibilities are misunderstood or unclear, quality outcomes can be compromised - regardless of how strong a Behaviour Support Plan may look on paper.
Hireup and Kameleon Group are proud to present Part 1 of a three-part webinar series exploring the Behaviour Support Ecosystem in practice: who is involved, what each role is responsible for, where roles overlap, and why collaboration makes or breaks quality behaviour support outcomes.
What we'll cover in Part 1:
- What the Behaviour Support Ecosystem is, and why collaboration is key.
- Roles and responsibilities across all stakeholders.
- Where and when roles overlap, and how this strengthens outcomes.
- Early indicators of breakdown across the ecosystem and how to address them.
- Practical strategies to strengthen collaboration across teams.
This session sets a clear foundation and lays the groundwork for effective implementation and quality practice explored in Part 2 and Part 3.
