Indulging in the guilty pleasure of a sinful treat is decadently delightful. Half a teaspoon of tangy tease to one cup of pure joy – Chocolate é Claire is one sugar hit that will make your head spin and your hands clap.
Chocolate é Claire has brought her unadulterated joy to the burlesque stage since 2011. Her style of burlesque is classic, quixotic and quirky. She has appeared interstate at Improlesque in Brisbane, at Sydney’s Red Light Confidential and Burlesque in Hand and was the producer of Mondayitis Cabaret – a not for profit showcase where all proceeds were donated towards the ACT Domestic Violence Crisis Service.
Audiences catch Claire regularly treading the stage boards with Canberra’s burlesque favourites Miss Kitka’s House of Burlesque, the Sass & Tease Collective and Jazida Productions. In June 2018 Claire made the intercontinental trip to Canada for her first international performance at the Kootenay Burlesque Festival.
