Through guided meditation and embodiment techniques, participants will be invited to experiment communicating directly with plants and soil.

In the community hub Fawkner Food Bowls, we will have a chance to get our hands dirty, and really pay attention to the tera and vegetal life that keeps us alive.

The intimate group setting will allow participants to play, and to safely debrief the wild and woolly experience of deep listening to the earth.

We will also touch on the science and theory of plant and soil communications, and the ways this growing field of study draws on much First Nations knowledge.
