About this event

  • 2 hours

Today’s teenage environment is challenging.

Teens need to manage their emotional response to the stress of school, develop a sense of self, and grow their independence. They are connected online, yet with the pressure to measure-up to the expectations of others. They are forced into constant comparisons, not just with peers, but with influencers, celebrities and social ideals.
