Enhancing Relationships with Employees and Co-workers

This session aims at helping learners' skill on how to inspire, give leadership, create atmosphere and peoples' solidarity in particular and the team in general. Various ways and techniques based on researches that have been made by the following specialists.

Promoting Consideration and Support for Individuals in Groups

As such, this session supports learners to better serve the needs of their co-workers and equip co-workers with lessons and tools for care in highly competitive or sometimes cynical work environments.

Encourage Group-Thinking And Brainstorming

Once again participants will get into groups. This time they will be taught an underappreciated part of groupness: the power of the collective thought. They will be asked to do things and devise puzzles that are conventionally solvable only with an expended effort from a group or from more than one individual.

Workshop Wrap-Up

At the end of the workshop they will have the opportunity to ask questions and develop an action plan based on what they learn.
