This session will explore the consequences to productivity of a disorderly and cluttered working environment. After discussing this idea, participants will gain the tools to create a well-ordered working environment that is conducive to productivity.

Effective Team Communication

Here we will show how the team can write better as a team. Knowing how to write correctly can help your company save money and time and at the same time create a team spirit. Find out how you can improve the way your team and your company communicate and what it can do for your business ideas.

Distinguishing Long Term, from Short Term Planning

During this session, participants will learn about planning that can accommodate both short-term and long-term goals. Learn tested strategies for achieving goals.

Creating Contingency Plans

This session will be an opportunity to learn more about planning and think through the process in new ways. The activities and conversations during this session will help you understand this important skill.

Effective Task Assignment

This session will be giving you the deep understanding of recognizing these personalities and utilizing them for effectiveness in the workplace. so all you have to do is be able to have insight of that person’s disposition, whether they are serious or light, so that the company can take advantage of what they do best.

Wrapping Up the Workshop

They will be invited, upon conclusion of this course to ask questions and refine their plan of action: what to do next.
