Rural Zone - Land Use Review

We're seeking community input on proposed changes affecting Tallangatta's Farming Zone, Rural Living Zone, and Rural Activity Zone.

These revisions aim to increase flexibility, including potential subdivision below the current minimum lot size of 40 hectares, if it aligns with zone objectives. The goal is to facilitate farm succession, encourage innovative farming, and support land use near the township of Tallangatta.
