Let us begin with an intro. Today we will disucss about personal learning goals. And how they influence positively, to our personal development. And, yes NOW, we will make a journey on it. Human discovery. Cuz, this can include, more things in our lives I mean WE can make goals for success. Please pay attention.

Topics covered in this course

1. Understanding Initiative

Participants will reflect on the meaning of initiative in the context of growth, examine how we can benefit from our initiative, identify barriers to apprehending the value and using our initiative, and develop and prioritise the steps they will take to create a gratifying way of life.

2. Adapting to Customers

Participants will learn how to be adaptive and robust by making decisions and accepting the responsibility that comes with them. Thinking outside the box will teach them how to solve problems that will free their genius.

3. Recognising Personal Strengths

Participants will experience their strengths, skills and abilities through various activities. They will also realise talents within themselves so they can grow.

4. Embracing Cultural Diversity

But they’ll also work to recognise the power of culture and value to create change.

5. Considering Consequences

We’ll examine the importance of weighing the consequences before making decisions or taking action.

Through these themes, we hope to equip participants with knowledge and skills, which are part of their journey of growth.

This session will guide us through the steps of risk evaluation (ie, identifying impacts or costs that may arise), determine when authorisation is needed, and respond if risks are too high.

Building Confidence

This session will look at what is confidence and the advantages of confidence as well as the brand – ‘I will use my strengths to build belief systems.’ You will understand what you need to be confident to do anything you set your mind to, and with practice success will come to your world!

Spotting Opportunities

At this event participants will also learn how to discern and realise potential growth opportunities from the resources they encounter in the outside world.

Perseverance Matters

Topic: Quick adaptation In this session participants will learn how to: – anticipate problems or find solutions before they become problems – make adjustments, if necessary – look at things differently to enhance success.

Wrapping Up the Course

A day afterwards they’ll have opportunities for a Q&A and to create an action plan for themselves.
