Please note that with this Sound Bath experience you will sit/lay still and quiet for an hour.

You may like to bring your own yoga mat, rug + pillow to use. Please advise when booking your ticket if you would like a chair provided.

This event is for ages 15+.

During this experience, you will be gently guided into relaxation with a verbal meditation before Rebecca starts weaving together a blissful soundscape featuring gongs, singing bowls, soothing vocals and gentle percussion. These sounds will gently wash through you in a continual and seamless flow that is both calming and uplifting for your body, mind and soul.
