Join us on Tuesday mornings for our 4-week series of Tai Chi classes with experienced teacher, Barb Ritchie. The slow and gentle movements to peaceful and relaxing music can be made standing or seated and so are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
You will leave feeling mentally and physically ready to tackle the week ahead and
- increase flexibility, muscle strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness
- reduce stress and tension and develop a feeling of well-being
If there is sufficient interest these classes will be offered on a regular basis.
The one-off fee of $25 covers all four sessions on Tuesdays 21 & 28 May, 4 & 11 June
