What is the format of the event?

Our expert facilitator, Karen Simmons will facilitate 2 rounds of 'Organisational Design Challenges' conversations where (MS Teams and in person) small groups will discuss and share their experiences, with Dr Beatrice Hofmeyr sharing her wisdom at the end of each round.
