Learn some study tips to get you off to a good start: time management, expectations for independent learning and knowing where to go if you need help. Student mentors and Language and Learning Advisers will be on hand to answer your questions. This session is for all new students.
At the end of this session, students will:
- Have a good understanding of study skills required to study at university
- Feel more confident to navigate Deakin's study support services
- Understand academics skills, referencing, UniStart, Smarthinking and how to access study resources
