Sydney Streetlevel Mission is part of the Sydney City Salvos team. It is a place of hope, healing, and restoration for many of our city’s most marginalized and disadvantaged. Like the other sites of Sydney City Salvos, Streetlevel works every day to create a space where people are known, loved, and respected.
Our corporate program allows for groups of between 2 and 10 people to volunteer for a full day of 9am-3:30pm. Our fee of $60 per person for the day to cover food, centre, and administration costs and to go towards the work of the Salvos in the City.
Corporates who volunteer with us help with the running of our centres. This includes kitchen hand duties and cooking the lunch meal, helping the staff in our op-shops, interacting with the community, for example by playing cards or board games or facilitating an art activity, and other maintenance or sorting jobs depending on group size and centre needs.
