All online events are recorded. Group training and networking sessions will be recorded and replays will be sent to those that attended

What time will it start / finish?

Event timings are published on the event and My Mummy work very hard to keep events on time. 

 Do I need my camera on?

Yes, you will need your camera on for your 60 second pitch

Do I need to mute myself?

We ask all participants to mute themselves unless doing their pitch

Will I get a reminder?

Yes, My Mummy will send you an email reminder

How do I get the link?

You will be sent a zoom link via email after registering

What do I need to say in my 60 second pitch

We encourage you to answer the following 3 questions in your 60 second pitch: What are the 3 key selling points to your business? Who are you looking to collaborate with? How can others best support you?

Can I attend more than 1 speed networking event?

Speed Networking is for Members only. However, each event, we allow 5 guest attendees. Please note, guest attendees can only ever attend one speed networking event. To become a member, speak with our memberships team - hello@mymummy.com.au

I can no longer attend, what do I do?

If you cannot attend you need to advise us as soon as possible on hello@mymummy.com.au. This is due to the fact we need to prepare the slide deck for the event and also as places are strictly limited. Cancellations within 48 hours or no shows will mean you cannot attend another speed networking even

How do I submit my details prior to the event?

We will send you a form to complete with your information so we can share with the other attendees so they know how to reach you after the event.

How do I make the most out of the speed networking event?

Tip 1 - Be prepared. Make sure you have your 60 second pitch ready and have thought about the businesses you may like to connect with. Tip 2 - Follow all the businesses on socials after the event. Tip 3 - Connect with any businesses you would like to collaborate with straight after the event

Can I bring a friend?

We allow 5 guest attendees per event. Check availability to see if there are any guest tickets still available.

How can I host a networking event?

Each event is hosted by a member for a small fee. In return your business is promoted with all of our marketing plus you get 7 mins to tell the other 19 members about your businesses and pitch to them. We will provide you will all the instructions on how to host the event.
