About this event

This class is designed to equip VET Cookery and food teachers in the delivery of and assisting students to achieve competency in the sous vide areas of the current curriculum requirements. We will focus on fish, chicken and vegetable preparation using commercial sous vide equipment to deliver clear understandable learning outcomes for your students
