About this event

Bayley Arts is delighted to present Sound Healing in our beautiful gallery facilitated by Master Reiki practitioner, Penny Scott. 

Find a space in our gallery and sit or lie on your yoga mat, while you immerse yourself in healing sounds and art. 

Sound frequencies are used to engage with the body and mind; with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health. Using therapeutic sound and vibration to match the body’s frequency, supports the healing and balancing of the body’s energy centres to achieve optimal health.  

The use of sound can aid in invoking a state of relaxation, which assists in relieving tension, stress, and anxiety held in the body; whilst elevating your mood.

Come and be a part of this unique experience happening at Bayley Arts once a month. 

What to bring:

a yoga mat, blanket or bean bag. We have plenty of comfy chairs if you prefer to sit. 

Important Information

Sound Healing can alter blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate.  If you have any health concerns it is recommended you speak with your health practitioner prior. 

This workshop is suitable for persons 16 years and over, people aged under 18 years must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. 

Parking information 

Unlimited on-street parking is available along Avoca St and surrounding streets after 6pm.
