Join us for an in-conversation event with world-famous acrobat and author of Shanghai Acrobat, Jingjing Xue.

Hear the moving story of Jingjing’s rise from poverty to become an admired performer in China and beyond, and then his move to Australia to begin a new life. This is a story of hope and perseverance, of overcoming adversity and of finding a place to belong.

Jingjing will be accompanied by translator, Bo Ai, and the event will be presented in Chinese and English.

Books will be available to buy and get signed. Light refreshments provided.
